Graham Jackson is a seasoned executive with more than 23 years’ experience in sales, retail and technology. Prior to Graham’s appointment as CEO for Fluent Commerce, he was the Senior Vice President of APJ and China for SAP Hybris, where he was responsible for major growth in the company and market share across the region. Graham was previously the Managing Director for Bazaarvoice and has launched two successful IT businesses in Australia and has set up operations for two others. Graham holds a BA (Hons) in Economics from the University of Kent and is a trusted advisor to many top executives and industry peers.
Darius Coveney is an internationally experienced finance and operations leader, having worked in organizations across Australia, Asia, Europe and the Americas. Darius spent the first 10 years of his career in public practice, including 5 years at EY in their Entrepreneurial Services and Corporate Finance teams. Darius also spent time at Macquarie Group, holding various roles in Sydney, Hong Kong, New York and London over a period of 10 years, being promoted to the level of Division Director before the age of 35. Since leaving Macquarie in 2013, Darius has worked as the CEO, COO and/or CFO for various listed and unlisted technology driven companies, where he has been responsible for strategy, funding, M&A, operations, HR and reporting. Darius holds a BCom and a Masters of Applied Finance, and is a member of CAANZ and GAICD.
Jamie is responsible for how Fluent Commerce “sets the global standard in inventory and order management”. This mission covers every facet of the business but is primarily focused on Go To Market, Product and Financials. Over the past 7 years at Fluent Commerce he has led Sales, opened up new markets and established the Channel & Alliances function. He is regularly interviewed, hosts webinars and live events as well as the “Innovators in Commerce & Delivery” podcast. Jamie has spent the last 20+ years collaborating with partners to take new solutions into new markets, within start-up scale businesses like TimesTen and Arantech and global software organisations such as Tektronix and Oracle, where he was responsible for the Retail Solutions portfolio immediately prior to joining Fluent Commerce.
For the last 20 years Rob has held a large variety of technical roles both in-house at banking and retail businesses as well as at software companies. He has been an analyst, a consultant, an architect, head of engineering and more. The sheer breadth of his experience will see him take all aspects of Fluent Commerce’s technology and product development to the next level. As CTO Rob is focussed on translating boardroom strategy to day-to-day delivery. He is responsible for delivering the technology roadmap that supports our commitment to offer the world’s leading omnichannel Order Management Solution.
Jeff is a 20+ year veteran of the global digital commerce space. He is an architect at heart with a passion for building teams and delivering complex programs. Jeff has spent his career working with high profile global clients across multiple industries creating innovative client experiences, and spent 8 years at Acuity Group where he created an award-winning SAP Hybris practice that was acquired by Accenture Interactive in 2013. For the next 8 years after the acquisition, Jeff led the overall commerce practice and alliances team for Accenture Interactive winning over 20 POY awards across the landscape. Jeff brings his extensive project delivery background and partner first mentality to Fluent Commerce to enable client success.
Rob is the GM for Fluent Commerce in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). His focus is on helping retailers in these regions maximise the potential of their stores and fulfillment locations with smart use of inventory, intelligent order management and fulfilment. Rob brings over 20 years’ experience in technology sales, including a decade in fast growing, consumer facing, eCommerce and Customer Experience applications. Before joining Fluent Commerce he was the Vice President Sales, EMEA at Amplience where he worked predominantly with Tier 1 retailers. Prior to that, Rob was the Global Vice President, General Business at SAP Hybris where he gained significant experience in helping retailers rethink their eCommerce offering and transition to omnichannel organisations.
Dave has been working in technology and engineering for over 20 years. His experiences in managing software and cloud infrastructure teams span the public sector, media, banking and insurance industries as well as my current focus, retail. Prior to Fluent Commerce David headed up a software engineering, cloud architecture and performance company, helping startups to larger enterprises make the most of their technology and teams. Previously David was Engineering Manager for News Corp, managing high volume online platforms.
Chad Hooker is a digital commerce and OMS expert with more than 18 years’ experience in sales and delivery of enterprise software. Chad heads up the team who looks after Fluent Commerce’s partners globally. The team focus is joint success with the Fluent Commerce Technology and Solution Partner network across EMEA, North America and APAC. “Partner First” for Chad means that whether talking about product, project delivery or go to market; our partners and the ease of working with us are our main priority. Prior to Chad joining Fluent Commerce, he was the Director of Alliances for Elastic Path, where he was responsible for channel and alliances in North America. Chad was previously the VP Commerce Solutions at Lightwell where he built an Order Management practice with team members and clients in the US and EMEA. Chad holds an MBA and Bachelors in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Dallas.
Nicola has over 20 years experience in B2B and B2C enterprise commerce, supply chain, and logistics technology. She holds a BA in History and Politics from Macquarie University and is a founding member of the Product Marketing Alliance. Born and raised in Australia, Nicola has worked most of her career in the greater NYC area. When asked to describe the first 24 hours of the Newport to Bermuda sailboat race in 2002, she replied "imagine trying to sleep in a washing machine."
An accomplished and visionary leader with a proven track record in steering the strategic direction of product development at Fluent Commerce. Agnes is recognized for her ability to bridge the gap between innovation and market demand. As the SVP of Strategic Advisory, she is responsible for aligning our cutting-edge technology with strategic objectives. Agnes is an extremely experienced technology and product development executive with in-depth global commerce expertise and an engineering background. She leverages her 2 decades of experience leading high-performing teams and bringing to market large-scale international online projects, for a range of global businesses, including the world's largest online retailer Amazon.com. In Australia, Agnes co-founded Pantha Corp, acquired by Bulletproof Networks in 2014 that specialized in digital strategy and Agile delivery of applications.
As Global VP of Client Success, Ingrid is responsible for our Clients' overall experience and success throughout their journey with Fluent Commerce. Ingrid has over 15 years of experience in the IT industry delivering strategic consulting and building Customer Success teams at various organizations. Ingrid was previously the Director of EMEA Customer Success at SAP Hybris where she built and deployed the practice from 4 to 50+ countries throughout EMEA, expanding her team from 4 to 30+ people. For Ingrid, success is reached when "our clients become our best advocates, and we and our Partners celebrate alongside them the tireless, joint efforts undertaken to reach their goals".
Jarryd is a distinguished product leader who leads Product Management, Design and Enablement and Learning. These teams are pivotal in enhancing product value and setting the global standard for order management and inventory availability. By identifying opportunities, ensuring feasibility, and delivering scalable, user-friendly experiences, the Product team empowers partners and customers to innovate with Fluent Commerce. Jarryd has a rich history of integrating physical and digital commerce. He has created connected experiences for global brands such as Volkswagen, Lenovo, Honda, Westfield, ASOS, DHL, and Google. With two decades of experience, his expertise covers all phases of the product development lifecycle in commerce and supply chain technologies, from leading startups to strategic growth and scaling software products in enterprise organisations. Holding dual Bachelor’s degrees and a Master’s in Product Design and Innovation, Jarryd has represented Australia in international football and passionately advocates for human-centred design.
Alan Jackson is a highly accomplished software consultant and team leader. Alan has spent over 15 years working with technology providers in Europe, North America and APAC. During that time, Alan has taken the experience from well-established technology providers such as SAP & Google and applied this to help grow organisations such as Information Mosaic and Hybris into successful market-leading solutions. Alan has focused on tailoring solutions for clients across a broad set of industries including retail, commerce, B2B, finance, telco and public sector. Today, Alan leads a global solution engineering practice to help retailers solve critical inventory and order management challenges leveraging Fluent Commerce technology. Alan holds a BE in Computer Engineering and a Masters in Management of Information Systems.
In her capacity as Vice President of Engineering, Wendy plays a pivotal role in steering the trajectory of Fluent Commerce's core platform while spearheading the product development team dedicated to this endeavor. Preceding her tenure at Fluent Commerce, Wendy held the distinguished position of Senior Manager, Solutions Engineering at Salesforce, where her responsibilities encompassed the successful delivery of Marketing Technology solutions across a diverse spectrum, including Financial Services, Communications, Media & Utilities, Retail Consumer Goods, and Emerging Markets. With a career spanning over two decades in the realms of Banking, Finance, Wealth and Technology, Wendy's commitment to driving transformative initiatives remains unwavering. She is deeply enthusiastic about fostering a high-performance culture, continuously striving to push boundaries and challenge prevailing norms within the industry. Wendy's leadership and vision are instrumental in shaping Fluent Commerce's future and ensuring its success.
Alex is responsible for designing and implementing Fluent Commerce's people strategy to enable the rapid growth the company is experiencing. Alex brings over 10 years of human resources leadership experience to his role at Fluent Commerce where his focus is to create a world-class onboarding experience, develop a career model framework across the business, implement a competitive global benefits program and ensuring diversity, equality and inclusion are the guiding principles of the Fluent Commerce’s global workforce. In his most recent role, Alex oversaw the human resources function across Asia Pacific for Datto, a leading provider of cloud-based software and security solutions purpose-built for delivery by managed service providers. Alex holds a BCom from Curtin University and is a member of AHRI along with the Sydney PeopleGeek community.
Keith leads our Global Finance team and is responsible for all things Finance – fundraising, financial planning & analysis, financial operations, and corporate and regulatory compliance for the Fluent Commerce Group. Keith is also the Company Secretary. Keith joined Fluent Commerce in 2023, bringing over 20 years of experience in several senior Finance positions in industries across FMCG, Retail, and Tech and company sizes ranging from large multinationals to startup/scale-up organizations. Prior to Fluent Commerce, Keith led a multi-year International Finance Transformation Program for Google with the objective of driving efficient and scalable finance operations across International Controllership. Prior to Google, Keith was the Finance Director of The ICONIC, Australia and New Zealand’s largest online retailer. Keith holds a BCom in Actuarial Studies and Accounting from UNSW and is a member of CPA Australia.
As the VP of Business Operations for Fluent Commerce, Jess is responsible for keeping things running smoothly and building bridges across the business. Leading a team of operations experts, they build and maintain processes that work for the people. They focus on balancing efficiency and effectiveness with supporting real humans. Jess is no stranger to building processes, having spent the past 20+ years honing their skills in this arena. Their background covers retail, nonprofit, economic development, technology, and more. In addition to their focus on building great systems for users, Jess is passionate about building strong relationships. They continually ask themself, “Am I fulfilling my responsibilities to eliminate harm and make my environment diverse, equitable and inclusive?”
