Graham Jackson is a seasoned executive with more than 23 years’ experience in sales, retail and technology. Prior to Graham’s appointment as CEO for Fluent Commerce, he was the Senior Vice President of APJ and China for SAP Hybris, where he was responsible for major growth in the company and market share across the region. Graham was previously the Managing Director for Bazaarvoice and has launched two successful IT businesses in Australia and has set up operations for two others. Graham holds a BA (Hons) in Economics from the University of Kent and is a trusted advisor to many top executives and industry peers.
Darius Coveney is an internationally experienced finance and operations leader, having worked in organizations across Australia, Asia, Europe and the Americas. Darius spent the first 10 years of his career in public practice, including 5 years at EY in their Entrepreneurial Services and Corporate Finance teams. Darius also spent time at Macquarie Group, holding various roles in Sydney, Hong Kong, New York and London over a period of 10 years, being promoted to the level of Division Director before the age of 35. Since leaving Macquarie in 2013, Darius has worked as the CEO, COO and/or CFO for various listed and unlisted technology driven companies, where he has been responsible for strategy, funding, M&A, operations, HR and reporting. Darius holds a BCom and a Masters of Applied Finance, and is a member of CAANZ and GAICD.
As SVP Product, Agnes is responsible for the strategic direction of our product. She is ensuring our product meets and exceeds the demands of our clients and the markets we operate in. Agnes is laser focussed on delivering value at every release so Fluent Commerce clients can be safe in the knowledge that they are using the best Order Management platform currently on the market. Agnes is an extremely experienced technology and product development executive with in-depth global commerce expertise and an engineering background. She leverages her 2 decades of experience leading high performing teams and bringing to market large-scale international online projects, for a range of global businesses, including the world largest online retailer Amazon.com. In Australia Agnes co-founded Pantha Corp, acquired by Bulletproof Networks in 2014 that specialised in digital strategy and Agile delivery of applications.
As SVP Channel & Alliances Jamie heads up the team who looks after Fluent Commerce’s partners globally. The team has grown the Fluent Commerce Technology and Solution Partner network across EMEA, North America and APAC. "Partner First" for Jamie means that whether we are talking about product, project delivery or go to market; our partners and the ease of working with us are our main priority. Jamie has spent the last 20+ years collaborating with partners to take new solutions into new markets, within start-up scale businesses like TimesTen and Arantech and global software organisations such as Tektronix and Oracle, where he was responsible for the Retail Solutions portfolio in APAC immediately prior to joining Fluent Commerce in 2015.
Rob is the SVP Global Sales for Fluent Commerce in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). His focus is on helping retailers in these regions maximise the potential of their stores and fulfillment locations with smart use of inventory, intelligent order management and fulfilment. Rob brings over 20 years’ experience in technology sales, including a decade in fast growing, consumer facing, eCommerce and Customer Experience applications. Before joining Fluent Commerce he was the Vice President Sales, EMEA at Amplience where he worked predominantly with Tier 1 retailers. Prior to that, Rob was the Global Vice President, General Business at SAP Hybris where he gained significant experience in helping retailers rethink their eCommerce offering and transition to omnichannel organisations.
Dave has been working in technology and engineering for over 20 years. His experiences in managing software and cloud infrastructure teams span the public sector, media, banking and insurance industries as well as my current focus, retail. Prior to Fluent Commerce David headed up a software engineering, cloud architecture and performance company, helping startups to larger enterprises make the most of their technology and teams. Previously David was Engineering Manager for News Corp, managing high volume online platforms.
Chad Hooker is a digital commerce and OMS expert with more than 16 years’ experience in sales and delivery of enterprise software. Prior to Chad’s appointment as VP of North America for Fluent Commerce, he was the Director of Alliances for Elastic Path, where he was responsible for channel and alliances in North America. Chad was previously the VP Commerce Solutions at Lightwell where he built an Order Management practice with team members and clients in the US and EMEA. Chad holds an MBA and Bachelors in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Dallas.
Alan Jackson is a highly accomplished software consultant and team leader. Alan has spent over 15 years working with technology providers in Europe, North America and APAC. During that time, Alan has taken the experience from well-established technology providers such as SAP & Google and applied this to help grow organisations such as Information Mosaic and Hybris into successful market-leading solutions. Alan has focused on tailoring solutions for clients across a broad set of industries including retail, commerce, B2B, finance, telco and public sector. Today, Alan leads a global solution engineering practice to help retailers solve critical inventory and order management challenges leveraging Fluent Commerce technology. Alan holds a BE in Computer Engineering and a Masters in Management of Information Systems.
Nicola has over 20 years experience in B2B and B2C enterprise commerce, supply chain, and logistics technology. She holds a BA in History and Politics from Macquarie University and is a founding member of the Product Marketing Alliance. Born and raised in Australia, Nicola has worked most of her career in the greater NYC area. When asked to describe the first 24 hours of the Newport to Bermuda sailboat race in 2002, she replied "imagine trying to sleep in a washing machine."
Martyn is a widely experienced IT professional with more than 40 years of IT services experience, ranging from Engineering roles through to Consulting, Programme Management and Services Delivery. As Vice President of Global Expert Services Martyn is responsible for the provision and delivery of Consulting to Partners and Clients, ensuring they have the support required to facilitate delivery. Martyn started his career in the Retail industry at J Sainsbury in the UK working on implementation of an Order Processing system, his career moved on through Banking and Insurance consulting for Tivoli and Compaq before moving into Telecommunications where he spent some 15+ years in leading global services delivery teams for software vendors providing solutions for the world's largest telecoms companies. Working at Fluent Martyn applies his wide-ranging experience and skills to provide a strong focus on ensuring project success.
Ben Hussey is focused on helping businesses enhance their Order Management and Commerce capabilities to deliver amazing customer experiences. Prior to joining Fluent Commerce, Ben led sales at VTEX, Elastic Path and for a grocery industry commerce and advertising platform as well as spending the preceding 5 years working for hybris and SAP as the top global sales performer. In addition to these enterprise software sales roles, Ben spent 8 years as a Commerce practitioner for a Canadian Telco, leading Commerce initiatives of varying sizes and types – from initiation, through delivery to run-time. His experience as a customer stakeholder and project owner along with Software sales leadership makes Ben an invaluable Commerce partner. Ben holds an MBA in strategy and entrepreneurship.
Lesley is a seasoned software professional with 20+ years in Product and Consulting roles. As Head of Partner Enablement, Lesley's focus is on helping partners become Fluent Commerce experts quickly and easily. Prior to her role at Fluent Commerce, Lesley spent many years working with SAP Hybris, first as a customer at South Africa's largest eCommerce store, then as Lead Architect at a hybris partner, and finally as Principal Consultant at SAP. Early in her career, she realised her passion for learning and teaching which has seen her take on roles as full time lecturer as well as her current focus on enabling our partners to become truly “Fluent”. Lesley spent the first 10 years of her career as a Software Engineer and Solutions Architect and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in Management Information Systems from the University of Cape Town.
As Head of Talent Heike is responsible for Fluent Commerce's recruitment strategy to support the company's aggressive global growth plans. Heike has over 15 years experience as a Talent Manager at premium brands such as Apple, Salesforce and hybris (SAP) as well as being heavily engaged in the start-up/growth ecosystem. With a global career, recruiting and living in Japan, Europe and Australia, Heike brings the experience and enthusiasm Fluent Commerce needs to maintain and grow our global workforce full of talented, fun and smart people all over the world.
Alex is responsible for designing and implementing Fluent Commerce's people strategy to enable the rapid growth the company is experiencing. Alex brings over 10 years of human resources leadership experience to his role at Fluent Commerce where his focus is to create a world-class onboarding experience, develop a career model framework across the business, implement a competitive global benefits program and ensuring diversity, equality and inclusion are the guiding principles of the Fluent Commerce’s global workforce. In his most recent role, Alex oversaw the human resources function across Asia Pacific for Datto, a leading provider of cloud-based software and security solutions purpose-built for delivery by managed service providers. Alex holds a BCom from Curtin University and is a member of AHRI along with the Sydney PeopleGeek community.
