Hi, I’m Dom!

Nice to meet you. A lot of people ask about my name. What does ‘Dom’ stand for? Distributed Order Management. The thing I’m passionate about most. I’ve always been curious about ecommerce. About what makes it work behind the scenes.

• How is inventory data shown online?
• How are all the different delivery and pickup methods supported?
• How can people, fulfillment networks and delivery vehicles all work together to move such large volumes of stuff in such a short period of time?

So I did some digging. And discovered that an order management system (OMS) sits at the heart of it all. Since then, I’ve dedicated my life to learning about ecommerce fulfillment and helping others do the same.

My goal is to share what I’ve learned with you. To enable you to achieve business outcomes faster. Whether you want to:
