Fluent Order Management boosts scalability, enhances customer experience and drives revenue growth for the retailer.
London, October 9th, 2025: Westwing, Europe‘s #1 in Beautiful Living e-commerce and premium one-stop destination for design lovers, has selected Fluent Commerce’s distributed Order Management System (OMS) to reduce operational costs and support international growth as the business expands.
Operating in 22 countries, Westwing offers a unique brand experience to design lovers across Europe, with a carefully curated assortment of the Westwing Collection and third-party design brands. Fluent Order Management is being implemented as part of a wider technology modernisation strategy, providing multiple, scalable fulfilment options and seamless customer experiences.
Replacing Westwing’s legacy systems, Fluent Order Management provides global inventory visibility, accurate product availability, and sophisticated order orchestration. The platform will help Westwing streamline fulfilment, reduce split shipments, and deliver a more reliable and consolidated customer promise, particularly for multi-item orders.
“The flexibility and scalability of Fluent Commerce’s platform stood out,” said Nikhill Raj Anand, Head of Tech Product Management at Westwing. “We were impressed by the array of relevant use cases and its ability to move quickly while supporting our long-term growth goals. Fluent Commerce’s approach seamlessly integrated within our network, making them the easy choice.”
“Westwing has a clear vision for growth and a strong understanding of what their customers expect,” said Graham Jackson, CEO at Fluent Commerce. “We’re working closely with their team to implement a flexible, scalable OMS that fits their business model and supports their operational goals across multiple markets.”
