New York, April 3, 2023 – Fluent Commerce, the leading provider of distributed Order Management System (OMS) ‘Fluent Order Management’, today announces that it has been recognized as a ‘Strong Performer’ in The Forrester Wave™: Order Management Systems, Q2, 2023.

The Order Management Systems (OMS) category has changed rapidly over the past few years, and is now impacting significantly on both customer experience and operational efficiencies.
Forrester evaluated the 8 top Order Management System vendors against 34 criteria across 3 categories and stated that “Fluent is strong in usability and configuration, workflows and notifications, and international orders and globalization, with a broader global presence than most other solutions in this evaluation.”
This is the first time Fluent Commerce has been included in the Forrester Wave report, receiving among the second highest scores in the inventory segmentation and allocation, order orchestration and fulfillment automation criteria. The company also received the highest score in the Wave in the strategy category.
Fluent Order Management received the highest scores possible in seven criteria, including: Usability and configuration, workflows and notifications, product vision, delivery model, performance, and international orders and globalization.
