Position summary

As a talented and passionate user-experience (UX/UI) designer you will be part of the UX team where you will be reporting to the UX Lead and working closely with the product teams to deliver all aspects of design from user research, workshops, prototyping through to UI and interaction design.

The UX team is responsible for shaping the UX process, maintaining a design system and supporting the product team in designing best practice omni-channel business processes, in-store & customer service order management tooling for retailers.
Your first step will be to learn our business requirements, product suite and typical user personas. Armed with this knowledge, you’ll start to design and conduct user research, interviews and survey, and translate them into app-maps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mock-ups and prototypes.



  • Plan and facilitate Discovery and Design workshops
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative User research (e.g. through interviews, surveys, usability testing, etc)
  • Create low-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes/prototypes
  • Constant research and be on top of the game on best practices for UX
  • Create high-quality UX documents and deliverables (user flows, sitemaps, frameworks)


  • Maintain the existing design system and ensure that it is consistently applied across all digital products.
  • Own the existing UX components and patterns and develop and evolve the design system
  • Have an understanding of technical constraints and limitations when designing for desktop, mobile, tablets, Android and iOS

Skills and Experience

  • 3+ years experience as a professional designer
  • B2B UX/UI design experience
  • Expert in standard UX/UI software (ie. Figma, Mural, Photoshop and Illustrator etc)
  • Experience facilitating user workshops
  • Bachelor’s Degree or certificate in User experience, Interaction Design, New Media Design, Web Design, or Graphic Design
  • A portfolio which demonstrates expertise in web and mobile design, a modern aesthetic style, creative approaches to complex problems and attention to detail
  • Ability to document, and communicate design ideas and solutions clearly for the design system and product teams
  • Strong communication skills and and presentation skills
  • Experience designing and successfully launching technical products.
  • Experience in cloud technologies and SAAS/PAAS products
