About the Role

You will join a team of cross functional passionate people working to deliver best in class learning and enablement experiences for our cloud-based software product Fluent Order Management. You will be responsible for reviewing and analysing product documentation, learning content, and practical applications of our product, identifying gaps and improvement to feed into the eLearning course development as well as the Product team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and facilitate exploratory workshops to identify improvements across process, product, documentation, and enablement & learning
  • Ensure consistency and professionalism across the documentation artefacts in both product documentation and training materials artefacts
  • Review product documentation and elearning content against guidelines, and identify gaps, inconsistencies, and improvements based on expert knowledge of the target audiences needs, learning objectives, and value outcomes
  • Analyse feedback data for learning content and documentation, and provide recommendations for improvement back to Product and Learning teams
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to identify and improve the effectiveness of our learning curriculum
  • Drive regular customer and competitive research and analysis and ensure insights are considered as part of the product plan
  • Be an active contributor in the partner support and training feedback channels in order to understand areas of improvement in their learning and onboarding experience, and provide suggested enhancements to the product managers and partner enablement
  • Become a Fluent OMS Expert. Know the Product and Frameworks inside out. Be the representative of our partners

Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years Technical Business Analyst experience.
  • Tertiary Qualification in a relevant field (Information Technology, Information Systems)
  • Strong technical, strategic, critical, and lateral thinking skills
  • Strong communication skills, well written and strong verbal command of the English language, as well as ability to communicate technical and abstract information clearly with stakeholders at any level across the business
  • Strong stakeholder management and agile approach to process improvement and problem solving
  • Experience in Information Architecture and technical writing
  • Experienced in conveying ideas in a technical and non-technical manner, translating between business and technical language and stakeholders
  • Ability to facilitate analysis workshops, and extract key outcomes and value propositions
  • Experience working with Agile delivery teams. Solid understanding of the agile software development lifecycle and scrum processes

Desirable

  • Have worked in the software development field industry as aTechnical Business Analyst (or similar role) / Experience with e-commerce platforms, retail and ERP systems, WMS, OMS
  • Experience working with code artefacts such Java, React, NodeJS, Postman, REST, GraphQL, and JSON
  • Experience working with Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace, Miro, diagramming tools
