Position Summary

As a talented and experienced B2B marketer, you’re excited to work closely with your colleagues in the Marketing team across PR, Channel Marketing and Product Marketing. You will collaborate with both the sales and presales teams as well as the product team in Fluent Commerce.

Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will help bring the Fluent Commerce brand and messaging to life. You will develop and execute Fluent Commerce’s field marketing and channel marketing strategies in EMEA and APAC, as well as PR plans in those regions. You will collaborate with our extensive network of partners to expand Fluent Commerce’s reach as well as support pipeline growth for our Sales teams. You will work side-by-side with a Marketing Manager in EMEA and a Marketing Coordinator in APAC.

You will use your outstanding communication and organizational skills to ensure you and your team meet their objectives and key results and manage stakeholders both internally and externally.


  • Develop, execute and report on partner marketing campaigns in EMEA & APAC
  • Design and execute the demand generation strategy and plans for the regions
  • Researching and maintaining a marketing events & campaigns calendar as well as execute these campaigns and events
  • Prepare and oversee PR engagements in the regions, managing local PR agencies (Australia and UK)
  • Manage media engagements such as client interviews, written opinion pieces, award submissions etc.

Skills and Experience

  • Min 5 years of B2B marketing experience
  • Confident Salesforce CRM & Pardot user
  • Extensive experience in digital advertising and demand gen activities
  • Min 2 years experience in the eCommerce sector or marketing to the retail industry
  • Ability to work with partners to design and implement joint PR and Marketing campaigns
  • You’re a highly motivated individual with energy, enthusiasm, a sense of humor and drive to work in a fast growing, global technology business
  • You have clear, confident communication skills, both written and verbal
  • You proactively reach out to other team members, listen attentively, and work together to achieve measurable outcomes
  • You make sure you get the details right, despite handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s degree or above
