The Fluent Commerce Solution Engineering (SE) team is responsible for supporting the commercial growth of the business. The team does this by harnessing the platform built by the Fluent Product Team and enhancing it to showcase the ‘art of the possible’ to clients & partners. Additionally, the team collaborates closely with other groups in the organization to ensure the product roadmap remains relevant and competitive.
The team currently consists of a blend of client-facing, business & technically focused members in US, UK, and Australia HQ. The team is tasked with gathering client requirements and translate these into working solutions and prototypes using the Fluent platform. Continuous client and partner interaction allow the team to bring market feedback to HQ to validate and influence the product roadmap.
The Solution Engineering team consists of client-facing / business-focused people to engage with the market. The technology on which this team depends frequently requires customization to illustrate how the product can be adapted to client requirements. Client and partner engagements will typically require technical analysis, solution architecture and pre-sales discovery workshops during the sales cycle.
This is critical in signing new prospective clients and ensuring projects start on a solid baseline. The Fluent Commerce EMEA team needs a Technical Solution Architect to take on this responsibility resulting in a direct impact on the successful growth of the business.
