This newly created role will lead the People function globally, and strategically partner with our People Leaders in our offices around the globe. You will own and lead core HR processes (performance management, career pathways and compensation planning etc.), providing insightful analytics and recommendations, as well as partnering with other areas to initiate, develop and deliver the best solutions. Reporting to the COO, you will be joining the People & Finance Team at a very exciting time as we continue to grow and scale our business!
