Position Summary

This newly created role will lead the People function globally, and strategically partner with our People Leaders in our offices around the globe. You will own and lead core HR processes (performance management, career pathways and compensation planning etc.), providing insightful analytics and recommendations, as well as partnering with other areas to initiate, develop and deliver the best solutions. Reporting to the COO, you will be joining the People & Finance Team at a very exciting time as we continue to grow and scale our business!

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders to translate unique business needs and opportunities to create practical HR solutions
  • Partner with our Head of Talent and other professionals to build an engaging workplace that attracts and retains the best talent
  • Work with the COO and the Senior Leadership team to set people strategy across the business
  • Design, implement and support company-wide HR programs and initiatives (e.g., salary review, career pathway development workforce planning, and organisational change)
  • Build compelling and credible plans that generate opportunities for process improvement and innovative ideas
  • Support company diversity initiatives
  • Act as employee champion and change agent
  • Identify targeted training opportunities for specific business needs

Skills and Experience

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or similar discipline
  • 5+ years’ experience in a senior Human Resources role or equivalent including experience as a Generalist or Business Partner, with experience and knowledge in areas such as benefits, compensation, and performance management (preferably with a global focus)
  • Experience working in a successful, fast growth organisation
  • Experience working in a global organisation across multiple timezones
  • Ability to demonstrate high level of confidentiality and exercise sound judgement in providing guidance to internal partners
  • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
  • Proven success in being highly responsive and effective in a fast-paced organization with numerous competing priorities
  • Problem solving and creative skills and the ability to make sound decisions based on accurate and timely data/analyses
