Position Summary

This role reports directly to the VP of Global Channel and Alliances and is responsible for working with existing Fluent Commerce Channel & Alliance partners in the Australia & New Zealand region, developing new Partner relationships and proactively working with the Fluent Commerce direct Sales team. The ideal candidate will have significant experience generating new enterprise business through partners and growing the partner ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Develop joint business territory plans with an eco-system of partners from Global System Integrators to regional Partners and deliver against joint target – focus
  • Material impact on new business development and SaaS sales, including co-marketing efforts with partners
  • Structured enablement of the partner eco-system to create dedicated Fluent Commerce OMS practices that will enable them to drive digital / supply-chain transformation at their clients
  • Work closely with internal cross-functional stakeholders to leverage existing sales enablement, global partner enablement, services and customer success on messaging, methodology and Fluent Commerce best practices
  • Work closely with the Global Alliances Team to define and drive structure improvements to our partner programs.

Skills and Experience

You’ll bring in a strong business development DNA. You want to sell in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and you are comfortable with achieving defined goals for souring opportunities with partners and assisting the sales team in closing the deals:

  • 10+ years of Enterprise Software experience, at least 5 of which are partner-management related OR demonstrated go to market experience as an SI or ISV
  • Global SI and Retail / Supply Chain software experience is a major plus
  • Ability to develop and manage a pipeline of opportunities with your partners
  • Exceptional track record of leveraging a partner eco-system to build and close deals in a territory by working across all levels of the organization, from developer to the executive ranks
  • Understand and do what it takes to execute in a rapidly growing and changing environment
